The person who sent this STOLE my email address, has been sending me shit like this for months and is a ROTTEN PIECE OF SH*IT

Sender is engaging in Internet Abuse and has committed a FELONY offense by Violating United States Code Title 47, Section 227(a)(2)(B) CAN SPAM Laws.

I consider the email below to be harassment, an invasion of my privacy and it was sent in DIRECT opposition to my wishes.

I have received quite a few CPA (Cost Per Action) SPAM emails lately from what appears to be the same spammer.

CPA ads are usually pop ups/unders promoting free gift cards like Walmart, Best Buy, KFC etc. These well known companies are not sponsoring these promotions… marketing companies do and most of the time they are not associated with the well known name brands they are promoting.

Here’s a few of the SPAM ads I received on different email accounts…

These emails violates United States Code Title 47, Section 227(a)(2) (B) CAN SPAM Laws on several counts

1. Sender sent the email without my permission and stole my email address most likely using email harvesting software.

2. Sender did not provide a name and address in their email as required by law.

3. No opt-out or removal method was provided as required by law.

These are Federal Felony Offenses

I am keeping EVERY ONE of these as evidence and per Can-Spam laws’ I’m entitled to up to $1500 per spam in damages

On 2/6/12 I filed complaints to admin@theparkingplace.com and the Compliance & Online Security Manager at Media Breakaway, about the SPAM I received.

I asked the Compliance & Online Security Manager at Media Breakaway to investigate and let me know WHO was responsible for sending these SPAM emails.

So instead of taking action to find out who was responsible for the spam I was receiving, The Parking Place’s response was to HIDE their contact info!

Some believe Dynamic Dolphin Privacy Protect is the Spammers weapon of choice to conceal their identity. Here’s an article about it.

I received a text on my cell phone at 5AM today with a text saying “”Apple needs iPhone5 testers: The first 1000 users who visit celltestnkeep.com and enter code 1000 will get to test & keep the new iPhone5″

My phone number is on the do-not-call list. I have never heard of celltestnkeep.com and I have no idea how the rotten bastard got my phone number.

I consider this call to be harassment and an invasion of my privacy.

Many other people received similar texts on their cell phones about CellTestNKeep.com and there are complaints all over the internet about this.

Type celltestnkeep.com in google and you’ll see some of the complaints.

Here’s a few

Received “Only the first 1000 users gat a free iPhone5. Go to hrrp://www.celltestnkeep.com and enter code 1000.”

I don’t want these unrequested texts, calls, or other contacts. How can they be made to stop. I’ve already registered with the “Do not call” list. Grrrr

The first 1000 users that go to http://celltestnkeep.com and enter the code1000 will get to test & keep a new iphone5 it was sent on monday at 12:23 am. this sounded too good to be true so i never did enter it. i guess its my loss well i can care less i never really won anything in life so this is just one more thing to add to my list of losses have a wonderful day i hope you can catch the scammer with this number.

yeah, the i recieved the exact same message as the above on my cell phone at 0545 hrs. Seems as this could be a scam possibly, sending this early in the morning. i done test products where thy actually pay you to test prototypes but this has been a long time. This could be a legitiment deal but i do not wwant to take any chances.

i dont appreicate someone texting my phone 4:05am in the morning with nothing better to do but to wake people up with something stupid, playing with people who have to work. it just dont make any sense.

Tucows Does Nothing About Spam

In my opinion , Tucows is a Irresponsible, Spam Friendly Registrar.

On Tucows website at http://www.tucowsdomains.com/topic/disputes-and-complaints/ they state;

“What can I do about SPAM? Tucows has no control over this domain. We are not the legal owners of the domain, we are just the wholesale Registrar that the domain was purchased through using one of our Providers. The domain is not hosted on our network, nor do we provide bandwidth, web hosting, or email services for this domain. We cannot just delete domains that have objectionable words in them”

In my opinion, Tucows is taking a Pass-The-Buck, Irresponsible, Do Nothing position. Other responsible registrars like Joker.com & enom has a SPAM report form right on their website. And when I have reported spam to them and other RESPONSIBLE Registrars, they have SHUT SPAMMERS WEBSITES DOWN.

There is NO EXCUSE for Tucows not doing the same and by failing to do so, Tucows is part of the SPAM problem.

In the War Against Spam, there is no middle ground…

A Registrar or Hosting provider is either part of the solution and shuts spammers down, or part of the problem by doing nothing
